Eaton Emergency Communication Network is a post-disaster communication solution to connect disaster survivors with first responders and their loved ones.

Survivor Portal

The Disaster Survivor Portal is a platform for survivors in remote areas to send aid requests to first responders, send messages to loved ones, and receive messages from both.

Family Portal and First Responder Portal

The Family Portal is a platform for loved ones to receive and reply to messages from disaster survivors. The First Responder Portal is a planning tool for first responders to help survivors.

Roadmap and Future Plans

What does product and service implementation look like? We laid out a plan for Eaton to implement ECN over the course of the next ten years, in disaster-prone regions around the world.
